A BILL to repeal article ten-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to repeal of provisions establishing the structural barriers compliance board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article ten-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be repealed.
§
1. Repeal of article creating structural barriers compliance
board.
Article ten-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal all provisions relating to the structural barriers compliance board.
